EA Workforce Solutions believes employment barriers should never define a person’s future. We provide accessible, career-focused training that prepares individuals for opportunities in artificial intelligence, digital technology, skilled trades, construction, advanced manufacturing, and entrepreneurship.

Through personalized coaching, practical learning, micro-apprenticeships, and strategic employer partnerships, we help participants develop in-demand skills, gain real-world experience, and confidently transition into meaningful employment.

Our programs are designed to support individuals with disabilities, justice-involved individuals, and others who have historically faced limited access to workforce opportunities.

Talent exists in every community, but access to training, employment, and professional support does not. Too many capable individuals remain disconnected from meaningful careers because of disability, justice-system involvement, limited digital access, or other barriers beyond their control.

EA Workforce Solutions exists to close that gap. By combining workforce training with coaching, wellness resources, and employer connections, we help participants not only secure employment but also retain it, advance in their careers, and achieve long-term economic stability.
